She shares 3 Asian American poets chapbooks, Japanese American poet, Sarah Kay’s “No Matter the Wreckage”, Korean American poet, Franny Choi’s “Soft Science”, and Vietnamese American poet, Hieu Minh Nguyen’s “This Way to the Sugar”. Sam reads a stanza from Hieu Minh Nguyen’s “Buffet Etiquette” and shares what it means to her.
