Have you ever felt a tightness in your chest when you are watching your favorite team anticipating their next move? Or your heart starts racing and you feel yourself getting out of breath? You’re not alone. There are stories of people that end up in the hospital with what they thought was high blood pressure, but they ended up having heart attacks from the anxiety of watching an intense game.

November is a crazy month for sports. You can watch the NFL, the NBA, and MLS, just to name a few. Especially with the Wizards and the Redskins playing so well, DC’s blood is pumping. It’s easy to get overwhelmed during a game, so make sure you don’t use this as a reason to binge eat in the colder weather.
