February is the month of love; we get relationship advice from Wakefield in this final week of February. Ms. Naughton’s Entrepreneurship students are going to the State Leadership Conference for DECA this Friday. Wish Arti Shala, Ruben Matos, Ryan Klug and Ela Gokcigdem good luck, AND Watch Ela’s video for her product.  Mr. Gillespie’s Theater students are also on their way to State Competition this week with their One Act play, Runaways. This is the first time our actors have ever made it to States! We talk to a few of the actors as they prepare for the show. Finally, we have our final Black History Month announcement. There is an open mic in Town Hall on Wednesday during all lunches. Come perform a song or poem, or just sit and watch our warriors be creative, Wakefield!
