In the last week of April, Venezuelan citizens held protests in the streets of Eastern Puerto Ordaz, for freedom and democracy, and to impeach the current President Maduro.

Unfortunately these protests turned violent; video surfacing of a Venezuelan armoured truck going over a median and running over protesters is going viral. Venezuelan Security Forces also shot at protesters with rubber bullets; protesters retaliated by throwing stones and lighting a bus on fire.
