Clara Makes…Pizza Dippers!

Not going to school means no cafeteria lunches, but you don’t have to miss out on those nostalgic staples! Whip out your culinary skills during quarantine & make a delicious recreation of your favorite cafeteria duo – Pizza Dippers!

Materials:

Large bowl

Tablespoon & teaspoon measurements

Cup measurement

Rolling Pin, or any cylinder object (like a water bottle) can work just as well

Ingredients for Dough:

1 cup warmish water

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon (active dry) yeast

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 – 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 – 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (filling)

Directions:

Oven temp. – 450F     

Cook time – 10 – 12 min  (until golden brown)

Prep. time – approx. 25min

Once baked, pair the pizza dippers with your favorite marinara sauce! Then, balance your meal by adding a fruit or vegetable to your plate.
