We start with the highly anticipated Dune. Dune is an action packed sci-fi movie that is based on the novel written by Frank Herbet. The film takes place in the distant future. The main character is Paul Atreides who is played by Timothee Chalamet. Paul and his family are placed into a war with the native Fremen people, and former rulers of Arrakis. The film also includes amazing actors such as Zendaya, and Jason Mamoa. Dune is out in theaters now and available to stream on HBO max. 

If you didn’t get enough horror Halloweekend, watch Halloween Kills, this film is a sequel to Halloween (2018). The infamous Michael Myers, (played by James Jude Courtney) is back as he escapes from Laurie Strode’s trap. The town of Haddonfield has to finally take matters into their own hands. They hunt Michael down to stop him and end the madness once and for all.  If you’re looking for  a suspenseful horror movie to see then you can watch Halloween Kills in theaters now or stream on Peacock, with parent permission if you’re under the age of 17.

Venom: Let there be Carnage is another amazing Marvel movie. In the film, Journalist Eddie Brock struggles coexisting with the alien symbiote known as Venom. Meanwhile serial killer, Cletus Kasady escapes from prison after becoming the host of Carnage, who spawned from Venom. Brock and Venom have to put their differences aside and work together to defeat Carnage. If you’re a fan of comics and Superhero movies then Venom: Let there be Carnage is a great movie for you and is now in theaters, with parent permission if you’re under the age of 17.
