On Wednesday, January 14th House Republicans, along with a few Democrats, voted for and passed funding for the Department of Homeland Security; this puts many immigrants at risk of deportation.

The Huffington Post writes that because of President Barack Obama’s tendency to veto anything against immigrants, this bill may be vetoed.
