News Blast: International Space Station Evacuates

On Wednesday, January 14th the international space station alarms alerted astronauts that a toxic chemical might have leaked. Due to the leak, the astronauts was forced to evacuate to the Russians’ station. All of the crews are safe and the spacecraft communicator James Kelly said, “turns out that it might be a false alarm.”

The Russian and American officials worked super quickly and efficiently to execute their emergency plans. Including shutting down unimportant equipment on the US side of the station.
