Another exciting week of Champions League as the best teams across Europe play for the ultimate footballing trophy! Is your team gonna come out on top?

Dortmund vs Real Madrid

The game starts of with an absolute beauty! Carvajal finds Bale with a cross in the 12th minute who then fires it on the volley into the top corner, it doesn’t get much better than that! The game is pretty quiet until the second half in the 50th minute when Bale puts in a low cross and Ronaldo taps it home for the 2-0 advantage. Dortmund are having none of it and they fire back in the 54th! Castro whips in a cross for Aubameyang who finished clinically to start them on the comeback. It looks like Real are taking the 3 points as Ronaldo fires another one in for the 3-1 advantage. Good game Dortmund! MOTM Ronaldo.

Tottenham 3-0 Apoel Nicosia

This game was was very simple. Spurs put away their chances and APOEL didn’t. MOTM Kane for his hat trick.

Juventus vs Olympiacos

This game was all Juve, all the time. They had 76% possession! That would even make Guardiola proud. The first goal was by Gonzalo Higuain who received the ball by the penalty spot, took a touch and finished. Good goal for the man who hasn’t been on the scoresheet much this season. In the 80’ Dybala received the ball around the top of the box, took it in the box, and chipped it right over the grounded keeper. MOTM Higuain.

Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea FC

Two of the best defences in the world face off in this group stage match. Chelsea start the match strong as Hazards hits the post in the 12th minute. Atletico get a penalty after Luiz fouls Lucas. Griezmann steps up for it and calmly slots it home to put his team in the lead. Chelsea have had most of the chances in the first half but Atletico lead by 1 goal.

Chelsea with a great start to the first half!!! In the 59th Hazard swings in an amazing cross and Morata manages to head the ball right into the bottom right corner. No chance for the keeper! Chelsea continue to pressure but can’t find an opening until the 94th minute. Alonso lays off a beautiful pass and Batshuayi fires it home to win it for the Blues! What a game!. MOTM Hazard.

CSKA Moscow vs Manchester United

Manchester are the clear favorites as they are absolutely amazing right now. Manchester start of the scoring with a beautiful back header from Lukaku as Martial crosses the ball to him perfectly. Penalty! Mkhitaryan is taken down in the box in the 18th minute and Martial steps up to take it and finishes very calmly in the bottom right. Another Martial Lukaku goal! As the 28th rolls by Martial crosses it and it manages to skip through the whole defense and onto Lukaku’s right foot. Moscow’s defense is looking fragile today! First half over and we have complete domination by Manchester. Just 12 minutes after half Martial has a great chance which is deflected to Mkhitaryan who slots it home on his left, 4-0 Manchester. Moscow pull one back in the 90th with a great finish but it’s more of a consolation goal. MOTM Lukaku.

Paris Saint Germain vs Bayern Munich

PSG start of the game instantly with a great attack and Dani Alves manages to slot it underneath Ulreich after a nice layoff by Neymar, this is not looking good for Bayern as they trail 1-0 in just the 2nd minute. PSG are absolutely dominating as Mbappe puts in a great pass to Cavani who keeps his cool and puts it top corner past the keeper. Bayern slowly come back in the game with a few good attacks but nothing threatening. Halftime blows and Bayern are behind by 2 goals.

PSG start of the half strong with yet another goal in the 63rd minute. Mbappe dribbles his way into the box beating Alaba and puts in a low cross towards Neymar who easily taps it into the net. Bayern finally get a goal in the 67th through Vidal but it’s disallowed by the ref as offside, that could’ve been the start of a comeback. Bayern clearly need some new tactics as PSG absolutely dominate them 3-0. MOTM Cavani.

Sporting FC vs Barcelona

Very unexciting game for Barcelona’s standards. Few chances in the game for either team. Barcelona still seem to be struggling to find a solution for Neymar’s transfer as their replacement (Dembele) has acquired a long term injury only a couple games into the new season. They won the game 1-0 through an own goal by Sporting’s Coates. MOTM Suarez.
