Varsity Football Wins First Game of Season: Hype Video
Tuesday, 2/23 7pm vs. Washington-Liberty
Varsity Football gets tested tonight on home turf. If they win, it will be the fourth year in a row that Warrior Grid Iron beats W-L.
Fans are not allowed in the stadium, only parents and guardians with tickets. Watch the Football hype video to get ready. Watch the players play and the cheerleaders cheer on Wakefield Athletics’ YouTube Channel. Senior Dontae Clark jr. had this to say about the season opener, “I am looking forward to getting out on the field and showing all the hard work me and my teammates put in this past summer. I’m also looking forward to showing how bad we all want to make it to States.” The Road to States starts tonight at 7pm.
